Register An Account
To access pricing and stocking information on the Graybar Canada website, you must have an account with account terms set up and in good credit standing.
You can find the registration button on the very top header menu beside the Login button.
If you are not yet a Graybar Canada customer but would like to open an account with terms, you first must speak to your local branch. An account manager at your local branch can provide you with all the necessary information you will require and get you set up. You will then be able to register for our eCommerce platform.
Register An Account
- What do I need to register for an account?
- First, you must already be a customer at one of our branches across the country.
- Next, you will need your account number. You will choose your username and password.
- Someone else created my account for me. How do I get access?
- If the Super User on your account has created your login, they would have chosen your username and password. You must speak with them to get this information.
- Why cant I make purchases once logged in?
- If you are logged in and cannot checkout, it would be because your account type is set up for cart approval. A higher level user would have to approve the cart before the order would be submitted.
