How do I use the Quick Order Feature?

• There are four ways to use Quick Order
  • Quick Order Pad - This is what will pop up when you click the Quick Order button on the middle header. This will allow you to enter up to five lines with UPC, Customer Part Number, Manufacture Part Number or Graybar Part Number, directly from the screen you are on and the items will populate in the cart. 
  • Speed Entry - This is the default method. Here you can simply enter a UPC code, Graybar Part Number, Customer Part Number,  or Manufacturer Part Number as a keyword and enter the quantity beside. The items will then populate in your cart. 
  • Copy and Paste - If you are looking to add a larger number of products at once. Again, you can copy keywords such as UPC, Part Number, from an existing file and paste them in the textbox. You will have to separate the quantity and items using a comma. 
  • File Upload - This feature allows you to upload an excel template with up to 20 lines directly to the site. The items will then automatically populate into the cart.
