Orders
Under the Manage Orders tab of the My Account dashboard you will be able to view any open orders and their status.
The table will show the order number, tied PO number, the date it was ordered, the amount, the requested ship/pickup date, and the order status. You can click the eyeball icon to view the specific items and details of the order.
Orders
- Order Status:
Open- An order status of Open means your order is still in the early stage and the branch has not yet begun picking your items.
Picked– A picked status will indicate that the branch has begun working on getting your order ready.
Shipped– A ship status indicates that your order is ready. You will receive a final confirmation when the items are ready for pick up or have been shipped – whichever method you chose when ordering.
