  • How do I register for the site?
    • You can register by clicking the Register button located on the very top header of the site. You will need your account number. Your username will be your email and you will create a password. 
  • How long will it take to activate my account?
    • We aim to activate accounts within a 24-48 hour period. Once the activation comes through there is a couple steps that our credit department will need to verify with you. 
  • Why can't I view pricing or stock?
    • In order to shop and view pricing and stock, you will need to be signed into an account. 
  • How do I log onto the site?
    • Once you are on the Graybar Canada website you can click the Login button on the top header of the site. 
  • What is the return policy?
    • If you require a return, please reach out to your local branch. 
  • What are the shipping options?
    • We offer store pickup and delivery.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    • Please reach out to your local branch with any order issues. 
  • When will I receive my order?
    • We do not offer same day shipping or pickup. Please confirm with your branch about shipping and pickup times. 
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
    • You can always reach out to your branch with any questions or concerns about products. 
  • Where are you located?
    • We have over thirty locations all across Canada. You can use the Locations Page on our website to view the nearest ones. 
  • Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
    • Please contact your branch for any order changes. 
  • How do I get a new password?
    • If you need a new password you can click the Forgot Password button on the Login page. This will email you a link to create a new password. 
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • At this time, payment for your orders will be processed according to your current payment terms. 
    • Additional payment methods will be available in the near future. 
  • If I place an order outside of business hours, will it be ready for shipping/pickup the next morning?
    • Your order will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email.
