Checkout Process

Once you have located the item you are looking to purchase you can click the Add to Cart button on the right side of the product. You can view your cart at any point by clicking the cart button on the middle header of the screen.

The cart button is located in the middle header of the screen to the right of the search bar. Inside the cart you can view a list of all the products and the quantities you have added. Along with the pricing of each.

Please review the information in your cart before you checkout. This is where you will add any line notes or update any quantities.

Checkout Process
  • Can I request pickup or delivery?
    • Yes, you will be given the option of pickup or delivery. Your nearest assigned branch will be your pickup location. You will have to manually select a different branch if you are looking to pickup somewhere else. Please note, item availability and pricing may change if you change your pickup branch.This will reflect in your order summary. 
    • For delivery to your site, a default list of ship-to locations will populate. These will be set up for you when you create your account with the credit department. Please contact your account manager to add, edit or remove any ship-to addresses. 
    • If you need a one time ship address, you can request this in the order notes section. 
  • When can I pick up my order?
    • You will be asked to selected a requested pickup/ship date. This is NOT a confirmed date. The branch will reach out with a confirmed date. 
  • Do you offer same day shipping?
    • We do not offer same day shipping. If you require something same day, please select the next available day and enter your request in the order notes. The branch will reach out to confirm if same day shipping is available. 
  • What if I place an order on the weekend or a holiday?
    • If you place an order outside regular business hours, your order will be processed on the next business day. 
  • What if my order failed?
    • Please contact your local branch for any order failures. 
  • Can I get a refund online?
    • Should you require a refund, please contact your local branch.
