Accessing Your Account
Once you have registered for the website, it will go through a registration approval process through our credit team. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is ready to be used. This process should typically take 24-48 hours total. In order to be approved for an eCommerce account, you must have an existing account set up with terms and in good credit standing. We currently do not allow cash sale accounts on the website. To register for credit terms you can reach out to your account manager for next steps.
Logging Into Your Account
Once you have received your account confirmation, you are ready to access your account for the first time. You can navigate to graybarcanada.caand click the Login button at the top corner of the site. You will need to enter your email (username) and password that you set up during registration.
Once logged in you will be able to see stock and pricing information for our products. You can also view any account information from the Account Dashboard tab. If you are a Super User, this is where you will go to access the section to add and approve new users for the site.
